About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Memory Architect in Reliability Engineering. You will be responsible for designing and developing memory systems that meet our high standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop memory architectures that meet our product requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain system specifications, firmware, and memory requirements
  • Perform analysis and verification of NAND flash storage products from definition to production
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to develop and test flash storage products
  • Provide feedback and ideas on new system features for next-generation memory developments
  • Work with counterparts across sites to coordinate frameworks, system, memory, firmware, ESD tests, production tests, etc.
  • Capable of handling RCA, CAPA, 8D, process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronics/Computer Science preferred with 6-10 years of experience in Reliability/Memory Design/System Engineering
  • Experience in Memory Design and Characterization
  • Experience in Reliability Testing
  • Knowledge of Storage interfaces such as SD, eMMC, UFS protocols
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and Memory Architecture is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare status reports
