Senior Memory PHY Architect Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Memory PHY Architect to drive the development of high-speed memory interface solutions at Mulya Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing physical layer interfaces for memory systems, including DDR, LPDDR, and HBM.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and Optimize Physical Layer Interfaces: You will design and optimize physical layer interfaces for memory systems, ensuring signal integrity and compatibility with memory controllers.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with other teams, such as memory controller designers, system architects, and validation engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Interface with Customers: You will interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support during product integration and deployment.
- Risk Mitigation: You will identify and mitigate risks associated with memory interface, such as timing closure issues or signal integrity issues.
- Complex Solutions: You will architect complex memory interface solutions to meet performance, power, and cost targets.
- Junior Engineer Mentorship: You will guide and mentor junior engineers, helping them solve complex design challenges.
- Design Documentation: You will create and maintain design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and application notes.
Requirements
- Experience: 13-17 years of experience in Memory PHY designs in lower (7nm and below) tech nodes.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital or analog design, as well as good knowledge of other domains, including RTL design, DV, Analog design, SI/PI.
- PHY and Controller Architecture: Experience working on the architecture of PHYs and controllers.
- Leadership: Ability to drive architectural decisions, customer engagement, and coordination with various teams to execute projects.
