Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Mintskill HR Solutions LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve defined sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase share of wallet and revenues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage client portfolios to minimize attrition and achieve stability.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Stay up-to-date with customer profiles, demographics, and psychographics, as well as assets held within and outside the bank.
- Achieve sales targets in terms of product mix.
- Maximize sales process efficiency to achieve best-in-class productivity.
- Achieve cross-sell targets and implement aggressive sales call plans to acquire new clients.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of the customer base in accordance with the Group-approved Relationship Matrix.
- Manage customer transitions with sensitivity and awareness of all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A graduate with experience in retail branch banking as a relationship manager for HNI/business banking, with a portfolio of clients mapped.
