Key Senior Executive Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr Executive - CRM Tech to manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing valuable insights for business improvement.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Maintain and improve the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system
  • Provide regular reports and insights on business performance using CRM data
  • Identify and implement improvements to the CRM system to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide training and support to users on the CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM data is integrated and utilized across the organization
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in CRM system management and maintenance
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
