About Our Senior Human Resources Role

This senior-level position requires a professional with experience in talent acquisition, employee management, and payroll processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic hiring plans to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and background checks for applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records of position tracking tools to ensure data integrity.
  • Pursue new recruitment channels to increase outreach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop training needs and development plans for employees.
  • Process accurate attendance records to facilitate error-free payroll calculations.
  • Coordinate exit procedures, including documentation and interviews, to maintain a smooth transition process.
  • Lead performance discussions and evaluations to establish clear expectations and goals.
  • Resolve conflicts, manage employee issues, and address grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee participation in surveys and feedback initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree and 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including knowledge of local labour laws and policies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.
