Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) department at a reputable organization is seeking an experienced and skilled HR executive to play a key role in maintaining employee records, analyzing reports, and supporting the development of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Management System software.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review, ensuring timely submission.
- Design insights using Artificial Intelligence tools to drive business decisions.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and systems, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Assist in designing and implementing policies that promote a healthy work environment, fostering employee well-being.
- Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances efficiently and professionally, adhering to organizational standards.
- Develop and organize training programs to enhance professional growth, promoting employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Drive employee engagement activities, creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Oversee the performance appraisal system, encouraging high performance and employee development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
