We are seeking a skilled Database Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance database solutions.

", "Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement database architectures that meet organizational requirements.
  • Migrate databases from MySQL to Maria and vice versa, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot MySQL Enterprise Monitor (MEM) and Oracle Enterprise Monitor (OEM).
  • Develop and maintain backup and logical backup strategies using mysqldump/mysqlpump.
  • Implement InnoDB Cluster and Master-Slave replication configurations, as well as MySQL Enterprise Audit, Encryption & keyring.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve MySQL performance issues and develop high-performance database functionalities.
  • Provide solutions and troubleshoot issues on public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

  • Familiarity with MariaDB and NoSQL databases is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of data management concepts, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring.
  • Ensure all database programs meet organizational and performance requirements.
  • User management, space management, and shell scripting skills.
  • Closely coordinate and plan with Client and Project sub-teams.
  • Effective communication skills to work with foreign clients.
