Job Title:
A highly skilled Administrative and Human Resources professional is sought after to oversee all administrative functions and human resources activities within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks, support operational efficiency, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified employees.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
- Lead and manage administrative staff to maintain a seamless office environment.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management efficiently.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures to drive business success.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping in a secure manner.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
- Manage employee records and performance evaluations effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote employee engagement.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conflicts professionally.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
