We are seeking an Interior Design Expert to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding clients' requirements, providing personalized design recommendations, preparing quotes, and facilitating store visits.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field, and 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
Job Responsibilities:">- Greet and welcome customers at the flagship showroom, offering a premium shopping experience.
- Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
- Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
- Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
- Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
- Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
- Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools.
- Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
- Work in a high-end, aesthetically designed showroom showcasing premium furniture.
