
Sales Director Luxury Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead our ultra-luxury real estate sales efforts in India.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies for high-end residential projects.
- Foster strong relationships with UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors.
- Pursue business development opportunities through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury industry partnerships.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Mentor and manage a team of luxury sales professionals.
- Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international trade shows.
- At least 15 years of experience in luxury sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- A background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management is highly desirable.
- A strong and active network of UHNI/HNI clients in Bangalore/Delhi is essential.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required.
- A proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures is necessary.
