Lead Luxury Sales

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head ultra-luxury real estate sales across Bangalore and Delhi.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for ultra-luxury real estate projects.
  • Nurture and leverage strong networks with high net worth individuals, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors.
  • Drive business development through private client relationships, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing luxury sales team.
  • Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international roadshows.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 15-22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management.
  • Deep and active UHNI/HNI sales network in Bangalore/Delhi.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.
