- Drive revenue growth for high-end real estate projects by developing and executing sales strategies.
- Build a strong network with UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors to drive business development.
- Mentor and lead a luxury sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at premium events and international roadshows to promote ultra-luxury real estate projects.
- Requirements:
- 15–22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management.
- Deep and active UHNI/HNI sales network in Bengaluru.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.
