We are seeking an experienced sales leader to head luxury real estate sales across Bangalore and Delhi.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for ultra-luxury real estate projects. They will build, nurture, and leverage strong networks with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), chief executive officers (CEOs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), and global investors.

Key responsibilities include driving business development through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships. The successful candidate will achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer experience of the highest standards.

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for ultra-luxury real estate projects
  • Build, nurture, and leverage strong networks with HNIs, CEOs, NRIs, and global investors
  • Drive business development through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer experience of the highest standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15-22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management
  • Deep and active HNI sales network in Bangalore/Delhi
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures
