We are seeking a visionary sales leader to spearhead Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Sales across Bangalore and Delhi. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth for high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), CXOs, NRIs, and global investors.
  • Pursue business development opportunities through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships.
  • Ensure customer experience of the highest standards while achieving sales milestones.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing luxury sales team.
  • Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international roadshows.

Candidate Profile:
  • 15–22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management.
  • Deep and active UHNI/HNI sales network in Bangalore/Delhi.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.
