Wealth Management Executive

Overview

This role involves direct management of a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and growing relationships with clients and their families, offering strategic investment advice and tailored wealth planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing regular portfolio reviews and offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs, and advising them on a range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the NBFC's wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12-18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable bank, NBFC, or wealth advisory firm.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
