Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Manager to play a crucial role in our fintech platform. This position combines expertise in financial planning and relationship-building skills to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

About the Role:

We require a seasoned Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a proven track record in wealth management advisory to manage client relationships, design and implement tailored financial plans, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with affluent clients, addressing their evolving needs, providing personalized advice, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, develop and present tailored financial plans, monitor and review plans regularly, adjusting strategies based on market conditions or regulatory changes.
  • Business Development: Leverage existing networks to acquire new clients, expand assets under management, and represent the firm at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) India or an equivalent recognized body.
  • Additional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), NISM are a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience in financial planning and wealth management in India, with at least 3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager.
