Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Wealth Manager to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. Our firm is focused on delivering customized investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients with a focus on long-term wealth creation and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain an asset under management (AUM) of INR 50 Cr and above.
  • Provide end-to-end investment advisory services across equity, mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), bonds, and structured products.
  • Deep understanding of client risk profiles and ability to recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and AUM targets through effective client relationship management and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing as per market dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with a private bank, broking house, or asset management company (AMC).
  • Proven track record in managing and growing AUM of INR 50 Cr or more.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, equity, and fixed income instruments.
  • Excellent client acquisition, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Certifications like NISM VA / NISM XA+XB / CFP (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
