PRIORITY BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - SALES

We are pleased to inform you about an exciting opportunity to join a leading bank as an NRI Relationship Manager or Burgundy Relationship Manager. The role is based in Bangalore and involves providing financial solutions to priority customers while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and the local language. They should also have good networking and relationship building skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial solutions to priority customers while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain complete customer profile including risk profile, demographics, and assets in the bank
  • Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities
  • Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling the bank's products and services, as well as third-party investment products
  • Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads
  • Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
  • Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
  • Comply with KYC, SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the bank

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
  • 6-10 years of experience managing high-net-worth clients

  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to manage complex client situations
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
