Job Title: Fundraising Professional for High Net Worth Individuals

About this role:

We are seeking a dynamic fundraising professional with experience in securing large-ticket donations from high net worth individuals, alumni, and philanthropists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful fundraising strategies, building strong relationships with donors, and driving substantial funding support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations
  • Creating an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network
  • Setting and tracking target-based fundraising goals, reporting progress through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics
  • Collaborating with the Communications team to create impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects
  • Representing the organization at networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
