Job Title: HNI ManagerDescription:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in individual taxation, with experience working on complex tax returns for high net worth individuals. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, and a Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is highly beneficial.

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or other relevant field required
  • Masters degree in Accounting beneficial, masters degree in taxation preferred

A minimum of 8-10 years of prior experience in individual taxation, including Form 1040, K-1s, and other tax-related forms, is necessary. Prior experience with trial balances, journal entries, and financial statement analysis is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in reclassifications and sale of PTP K-1s is highly valued.

  • 8 to 10 years of prior experience in working on Form 1040 (High Net Worth Individuals)
  • Prior experience in working on K-1 s, Form 1040 (HNI), 1041, Gift Tax Return, 990 PF
  • Proficient in K-1 reclassifications and sale of PTP K-1 s
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the candidate will be working closely with clients and team members.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed by members of Tax Team
  • Ability to prepare simple tax returns
