
Experienced Financial Strategist for High Net Worth Individuals

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our financial services firm.
Job Summary:
The Senior Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNIs), providing them with customized investment solutions, and helping them achieve their long-term wealth creation goals.
About the Role:
- Aquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients: The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients, focusing on long-term wealth creation and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain AUM: The candidate is expected to develop and maintain an assets under management (AUM) of INR 50 Cr and above.
- Provide end-to-end investment advisory services: The candidate will provide end-to-end investment advisory services across equity, mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), bonds, and structured products.
- Deep understanding of client risk profiles: The candidate should have a deep understanding of client risk profiles and ability to recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve revenue and AUM targets: The candidate is expected to achieve assigned revenue and AUM targets through effective client relationship management and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews: The candidate will conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing as per market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance: The candidate will ensure compliance with all internal processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-6 years of experience: The candidate should have at least 5-6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with a private bank, broking house, or asset management company (AMC).
- Proven track record: The candidate should have a proven track record in managing and growing AUM of INR 50 Cr or more.
- Strong knowledge of investment products: The candidate should have strong knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, equity, and fixed income instruments.
- Excellent communication skills: The candidate should have excellent client acquisition, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Certifications: Certifications like NISM VA / NISM XA+XB / Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (preferred).
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
