Were looking for a skilled professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role where youll leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

Prospection is a pioneer in healthcare analytics, applying machine learning, predictive modelling, and advanced SQL/Python analytics to real-world datasets claims, EMR, registries, and supply chain. From immuno-oncology to hepatitis, our insights have supported 70+ therapy areas worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines e.g., in Dataiku to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL advanced joins, window functions, aggregations Python NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and data visualisation tools Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
