Job Title: Healthcare Provider Specialist

Overview:

The Healthcare Provider Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate provider applications, facilitating smooth onboarding, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong ethical foundation, technical proficiency, and a drive for performance excellence in healthcare credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provider Enrollment & Application Management: Expertise in the end-to-end provider enrollment process, including demonstrated knowledge of payer requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Welcome Kit Generation & Contract Loading: Responsible for creating and disseminating comprehensive Welcome Kits for new providers, ensuring seamless integration into the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Application Portal Expertise: Extensive experience in creating and managing accounts within key healthcare application portals, leveraging technical skills to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): Relevant major such as Healthcare Administration or Health Information Management.
  • Expertise in Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Processes: Ensuring ethical and accurate completion and submission of applications across various specialties and payers, with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
