We operate worldwide. The Digital Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis of digital experiences, creation of dashboards, and partnering with technology partners to drive strategic growth.

The role entails collaborating with developers, customer feedback teams, and building measurement plans. They will perform data analysis within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake and share findings with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Curating analysis and presenting findings
  • Providing an objective source of truth for performance assessment
  • Partnering with stakeholders to set goals and measure feature outcomes
  • Interpreting dashboards with technology partners and product owners
  • Summarizing feature outcomes and recommending strategies
  • Building and maintaining Power BI store and customer reporting

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred
  • 6-9 years of digital/eCommerce, analytics, or related experience
  • Expertise in Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics)
  • Expertise in Power BI and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
