About Us

We are seeking an accomplished Performance Marketing Professional to spearhead our digital marketing efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient engagement and brand visibility for healthcare services through data-driven insights and creative optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPL, ROAS, and Patient Acquisition Cost.
  • Prioritize landing page optimization, ad creative development, and funnel enhancements to boost conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to craft compelling ad copy, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to healthcare advertising policies, including Google's healthcare ad policy and Meta restrictions.
  • Implement targeted remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
  • Effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO fundamentals, and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • A deep grasp of healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns.
