Digital Marketing Specialist

Aurakomms Media Pictures Pvt. Ltd., a creative agency based in Mumbai, India, offers advertising, branding strategy, and digital marketing services to meet the demands of the advertising world.
This is a full-time role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, creating presentations, providing customer service, and account management.
- We seek #Advertising industry professionals or fresh graduates with a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- The ideal candidate will take ownership of key client accounts, following delivery processes, and interacting with clients and our creative team.
- Responsibilities include client coordination, quality-control of projects, receiving client briefings, and analyzing client input.
- The candidate will coordinate pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities, manage the digital marketing content calendar, and plan/executedigital marketing campaigns for AuraKomms & AuraShots.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with engaging content and regular updates.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of digital marketing tools, experience in the advertising or media industry, and fluency in multiple languages.
