As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing Resource Management, Client Relationship Management, Performance Evaluation, Escalation Management, and Overall Delivery. We are seeking an expert in search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for various audiences (internal or external). They will also possess a sense of ownership and responsibility for team/client management, performance monitoring, and reviews.

  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Guarantee quality delivery according to defined SLAs.
  • Drive team adherence to internal and external tools and processes.
  • Maintain team motivation through regular touch points and engagement activities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practices.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically.
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns.
  • Team and Client management skills.
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus.
