Job Overview
Fundraising and Business Development The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying strategic funding opportunities and creating sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Sales Strategy and Planning The successful candidate will develop a targeted sales approach with clear business development objectives and success within designated territories. They will drive fundraising efforts and lead the development of a support team to ensure long-term regular funds are raised through Corporate/Institutional Partnerships.
Account Management and Client Relationships The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and building strong client relationships. They will work closely with Program Lead teams to maintain and grow these relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify strategic funding opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Drive fundraising efforts and lead the development of a support team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with Program Lead teams to raise long-term regular funds
