Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers, process managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in the development of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Leverage knowledge of standard IT technologies and a strong background in ServiceNow development to drive successful projects.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of code from design through delivery.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering technical tasks on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in ServiceNow SPM and related integrations.
  • Proven experience in implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong background in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Proficiency in implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to optimize processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, as well as scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects such as tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI policies.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management expertise including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and consistent data integrations.
