Job Title: Legal Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to fill this key position.

As a crucial member of the legal department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements under relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vetting replies, written submissions, appeals, and other legal documents to safeguard our interests.
  • Effectively representing us in RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT, briefing external counsel as needed.
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to protect our organization's rights.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive legal tracker of cases handled, including updates on interim/final orders.
  • Proficient in working on MS Excel, utilizing its features to analyze data and create reports.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management related to legal matters.
  • Briefing external counsel on legal matters as required.
  • Reviewing customer documentation and sharing it with drafting counsel for the preparation of replies and appeals.
  • Assisting the team lead in managing the workload and priorities of the legal department.
