Job Title: Corporate Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Law Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in law and corporate services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative matters of client companies, maintaining and developing relationships, and managing client teams to ensure their files are in good legal and financial standing. This includes reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, documents, and legal manuals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare corporate documents, such as directors and members' resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents, for client companies.
  • Participate in company incorporation and termination processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide fee quotations to clients and charge fees accordingly.
  • Monitor productivity and chargeability on a weekly basis, reviewing performance against targets to ensure individual financial and client targets are met.
  • Ensure actions taken align with the company's activities and purpose within the legal and economic framework.
  • Manage companies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in client files, and that management agreements are available if applicable.
  • Work closely with managers to maintain accurate client databases and advise on complex requests.
  • Develop and update legal manuals and procedures, contributing to system development and maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the Management Team and work on assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics / Qualified Company Secretary
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate services
  • Strong commercial mindset, initiative, and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic team environment and make independent decisions
