Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a skilled corporate lawyer to join our team. This is an opportunity to work on high-quality legal projects and receive extensive training in a remote setup.

The ideal candidate will support our corporate team on US law related matters, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Fund Formation, and International Commercial Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the corporate team on US law related matters
  • Work on high-profile projects in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Fund Formation, and International Commercial Law
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Qualified as an Advocate in India with at least 1 year PQE
  • An LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in at least the top 20% in their batch
  • Previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity or General Corporate practice
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex legal issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
