Senior Legal Advisor

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in leading complex legal projects and managing outside counsel relationships.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, providing strategic advice on a range of legal issues and overseeing the legal aspects of business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal guidance on corporate deals, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Leading litigation strategy and managing external counsel relationships.
  • Supporting business acquisition teams in competitive bids and due diligence.
  • Providing general legal advisory services on strategy and regulation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree from a reputable institution with over 15 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in the power/energy sector.
  • Strong commercial understanding of the power/energy business and government tenders/projects.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills.
