Lawyer Position

This is a dynamic and engaging role that seeks an accomplished lawyer to lead our legal strategy across various operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company's interests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, company law, and intellectual property laws. Additionally, they should possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can maintain organized legal records, draft standardized policies, and prepare legal notices when required. The successful candidate will also provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners).
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively.
  • Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters.
  • Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies.
  • Prepare and send legal notices when required.

Requirements:

  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
