Job Opportunity:

As a senior legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in administering disputes on our online dispute resolution platform. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in arbitration or contract drafting to make a meaningful impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer disputes on the dispute resolution platform, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
  • Manage dispute communication, assist in case management, and coordinate with neutrals to resolve complex issues.
  • Handle the neutral empanelment process, identifying and engaging suitable professionals for dispute resolution.
  • Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Locate and define process improvement opportunities, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Collaborate, troubleshoot, and work with other teams to solve challenges, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ideate and innovate to catalyze the revolution of dispute resolution in India and beyond, leveraging your expertise and creativity to drive change.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • LLB graduate with excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional drafting, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling arguments and negotiate effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word), with expertise in creating professional documents and presentations.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and development.
