Family Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Family Law expert to join our team. As a key member of our litigation and corporate advisory law firm, you will provide legal solutions that best serve clients' interests in family law cases.

This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. You will be responsible for representing clients in family law matters, attending court hearings, providing expert legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting thorough legal research.

  • Represent clients in family law cases before the Supreme Court of India and other relevant forums
  • Provide timely and effective legal advice to clients in family law matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and counsel
  • Conduct extensive legal research to stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • Maintain close working relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and concerns
  • Collaborate effectively with our legal team to achieve optimal results for clients

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory
  • Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs
  • Solid knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a legal team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India
