We are seeking an experienced Academic Administrator to join our team as a Joint Registrar.
The ideal candidate will have around 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Law. They must possess strong written communication skills and be proficient in managing academic records, establishment, examinations, and admissions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure timely compliance with rules, regulations, and reporting.
- Academic Support: Provide administrative support to the Registrar in managing academic functions.
- Legal & Policy Matters: Handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance.
- Meetings & Documentation: Coordinate statutory meetings and prepare official records.
- HR & Establishment: Oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain administrative databases and generate reports for internal audits.
- Leadership & Supervision: Guide administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of all student/staff-related services.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in university administration, legal matters, and compliance with regulatory bodies. They must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
