We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:Thought Leadership/Policy Advocacy

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify critical areas for policy advocacy, developing impactful papers, reports, and articles that shape the future of higher education.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with university leaders, multilateral organizations, and other key stakeholders to advance the committee's goals and objectives.
FICCI Higher Education Committee & Taskforces (TF)

The successful candidate will oversee the administration of the FICCI Higher Education Committee, ensuring efficient management of meetings, agendas, minutes, and taskforce activities.

  • Cultivate relationships with key committee members, task forces, and external partners to drive project implementation, survey and research initiatives, events, and program development.
Higher Education Summit (HES)

The chosen candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing the annual global FICCI Higher Education Summit, designing conference programs, identifying national and international partners, and generating revenue through sponsorship and delegate participation.

  • Manage social media branding, effective execution, coordination with speakers, and delegate mobilization.
Projects

The successful candidate will spearhead projects in industry-academia engagement, reconnecting with NKFH partners and initiating activities based on the NKFH framework.

  • Organize capacity building programs for faculty and higher education leadership, engage with World Bank and other global agencies, and explore joint projects.
Webinars/Workshops/Masterclasses/Delegations

The chosen candidate will ideate and execute masterclasses, workshops, webinars on relevant topics, engaging committee leadership and senior government functionaries as needed.

  • Develop partnerships with external partners and generate revenue for the organization.
Reports/Recommendations

The successful candidate will monitor recent government announcements, develop FICCI inputs/recommendations, and work closely with knowledge partners to provide information for the annual FICCI Knowledge report.

  • Collaborate with key committee members/task forces to put together position papers/reports on identified areas.
FICCI Eduwrap

The chosen candidate will lead the creation of a bi-monthly sectoral newsletter, aiming to generate revenue by identifying potential partners for advertisements.

  • Strive to create engaging content, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive outreach.
