Job Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to resident and visiting faculty members.

This involves handling day-to-day tasks that ensure a smooth functioning of the department. The job holder will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, making accommodation bookings, and preparing welcome kits for visitors.

In addition to these duties, the job holder will also be responsible for managing course materials, arranging seating layouts, and supporting during lead and exam events.

Furthermore, the job holder will need to maintain records of invoices and expenses, process payments, and arrange for stationery and mementos as required.

Key skills required for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, negotiate, and listen effectively.

A bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BCA and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role are preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Administrative support to visiting and resident faculty
