Insurance Sales Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven insurance sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the insurance industry, where they will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, presenting insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on and win new business opportunities through proactive market research and client outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and risk profiles.
  • Present complex insurance products and services to clients in an engaging and transparent manner.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and interpreting policy terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of various insurance products and market trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
