Commercial Leadership Position

This senior role involves driving the sales and distribution of oil additives within the Indian subcontinent. Key responsibilities include achieving ambitious targets for the business in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to recommend effective solutions for product use.
  • Manage OEM relationships and identify potential target Indian OEMs within the automotive industry and industrial segment.
  • Decide on the most effective sales channels for customers and segments in the region.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of lubricants and their application is preferred.
