Program Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our team. This role focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyzing customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Preparing weekly/quarterly business reports for senior leadership by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Tracking key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong background in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
Key Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
