Project Manager About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership, with expertise in modern development tools and project management platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverablesFacilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planningCoordinate activities across development, QA, Dev Ops, and design teams to ensure seamless deliveryCreate detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projectsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time deliveryServe as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersEstablish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specificationsDrive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflowsManage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teamsCoordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teamsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field3+ years of project management experience in software development environmentsStrong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platformsProven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budgetExperience managing full software development lifecycle projectsStrong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practicesExcellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teamsExperience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder managementTechnical Skills:Jira/Azure Dev OpsGit and version control systemsCI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops toolsAgile project management frameworksMicrosoft Office Suite/Google WorkspaceProject tracking and reporting toolsBasic understanding of web technologies and databases Preferred Qualifications:Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical roleExperience with enterprise software development and cloud platformsKnowledge of Dev Ops practices and automation toolsExperience with remote/distributed team managementFamiliarity with data analytics and performance metrics What We Offer:Competitive salary package and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverageFlexible work arrangements and remote work opportunitiesProfessional development opportunities and certification supportModern development tools and cutting-edge technology stackCollaborative and innovative engineering cultureCareer growth opportunities within expanding development organization
