We bring data, design, and technology together to ignite the fan experience.Job Description: The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and work closely with the Project Team on other special planning and departmental projects.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
The candidate will be responsible for coordination with project manager, stake holders and client.Responsibilities:· Designing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team.· Knowledge of Scrum Framework.· Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.· Coordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning.· Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.· Observing the systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision.· Collaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.Required Skills and Competencies:· Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail.· Ability to work in creative and dynamic work environments.· Strong relationship-building skills.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Have a professional and positive attitude and willingness to be a team player and assist co-workers at all levels.· Proven ability to manage individuals.· Must be flexible and willing to respond as required to frequent out of hours problems.
