Supervisor of Institutional Client Reporting

F3328 FTIS (India) Pvt Ltd, FT Park Hyd Branch is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor of Institutional Client Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Service group, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate production of client service reporting and other front office support functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily, monthly, and periodic work completed by the team, ensuring deadlines are met with the highest quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, driving efficiencies through innovation and automation.
- Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures, as well as internal control requirements.
- Address queries, provide training, and perform regular internal checks to maintain business governance models.
- Collaborate with Manager/Director to ensure appropriate workflow planning is completed for the team.

Requirements- 8+ years of related experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and MS Project.
- Exposure to self-service/business intelligence tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, and RPA, is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- CFA/FRM certification is a plus.
This role operates on a 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST schedule, providing a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life.
