About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Services team as a Reporting Administrator, where you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing reports based on defined frequency by sourcing information from various applications and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requests and understand the criteria specified to build screening filters and take prompt action based on ESG Screening requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Prepare and review reports based on defined frequency by sourcing information from various applications and teams.
  • Handle client queries and assist the team lead in process escalations.
  • Work under direct supervision and transition of work from local offices.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures while producing reports and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members and assist the lead in executing development plans.
  • Analyze current process flows, requirements, and areas of improvement, proposing ideas for time or cost savings.
  • Effectively articulate business requirements with multiple teams.
  • Support maintenance and improvement of reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and control measures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry with exposure to investment operations.
  • Knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, mutual fund framework, investment life cycle, and market participants.
  • Experience with ESG research providers or hands-on experience with ESG research platforms.
  • Product and industry knowledge of ESG concepts, responsible investment, and SFDR regulations.
