Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client requests, understanding their ESG screening requirements, and providing accurate information to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requests and understand their ESG screening requirements.
  • Build screening filters and take prompt action based on client requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Prepare and review reports based on defined frequency, sourcing information from various applications and teams.
  • Handle client queries and assist team leads in process escalations.
  • Work under direct supervision and transition of work from local offices.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures while producing reports and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members and assist leads in executing development plans.
  • Analyze current process flows, requirements, and areas of improvement, proposing ideas for time or cost savings.
  • Effectively articulate business requirements with multiple teams, using the 'why' technique to identify root causes and control measures.
  • Support maintenance and improvement of reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to investment operations.
  • Knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, mutual fund framework, investment life cycle, and market participants.
  • Knowledge of generic trade life cycles, complex and derived products, and ESG research platforms.
  • Experience working with ESG research providers or hands-on experience with ESG research platforms (specifically Sustainalytics) is an advantage.
  • Product and industry knowledge of ESG concepts, responsible investment, and SFDR regulations.
