About the Role

F3328 FTIS (India) Pvt Ltd, FT Park Hyd Branch is seeking a highly skilled Client Reporting Manager to join our team. As a Client Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production and distribution of standard client reports, managing new requests, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production and distribution of standard client reports, including inputs, production, and approval.
  • Manage new standard client report requests and facilitate internal agreement on how to service them.
  • Manage ad hoc changes to standard templates, including budget and capacity planning with the third-party vendor.
  • Conduct regular quality control reviews of standard client reports and manage additional approvals for disclaimer changes.
  • Manage internal components and business logic to keep client reports updated and ensure the latest versions are available to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day relationship with the client reporting vendor, optimizing performance, maintaining a strong partnership, and adhering to standards.

Requirements

  • Investment-related experience, IMC/IOC or equivalent.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years' experience in the investment management industry, with 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience in a combined client, operations, and technology environment.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and their integration with internal technology.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Vision Fi knowledge desirable.
