About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our ENT division at Meril, a leading medical device company. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering on sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of the sales team by coordinating with representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads.
- Track and report all sales activities, developing and executing sales strategy through market analysis.
- Drive business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies.
- Manage a team of senior executives, supporting their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations.
- Reviews and discusses action plans for the achievement of the sales budget each month.
- Create and implement plans for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time.
- Map the potential of the territory and relate it to market trends and competitors' activities.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experience.
- Relevant experience in ENT.
- Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language. Intermediate level of English.
