Job Description
The Zonal Business Manager will lead our regional operations, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction across all stores in the zone.
The role involves developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, monitoring store performance, analysing sales data, and taking corrective actions to address gaps.
In addition, the candidate will oversee inventory management, maintain store compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field, along with minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail operations, is essential for this position.
